Lil Calves Lil Calves!!!

    It has been so fun getting the wonderful opportunity to see the gift of birth through all of the lil calves that have been born.  To see those mommas go through what they have to makes me so glade i am a human and had drugs for the birth of my babies.
      I have such a feeling of love those cows and their calves.  Being a momma you really can feel and see the love that a cow has for her baby.  The other day when i was at the ranch they had a cow they believe had twins and the one had died.  The mom was so consumed with the lose of the other calve she left the poor lil bull calf to be with the dead one.  I felt for her knowing she was morning the lose of one of her babies and not really understanding what happened.
   I know that with life there is death but it still makes me feel for the poor animal.  We had to make her come back to the bull calf although she still wanted to be with the dead one.  I think she eventually came around and was there for the lil bull calf i am not sure all i know is that my husband said that it was not dead so she must have finally taken to it.
     I have so enjoyed the time i get to spend with my husband and children down there helping and having the chance to watch all the thing that go on with running a ranch.  Jesse,Charity, David, Carter,Titus, Echo and Willow have been such a joy to be around and have been a great for my family they have really showed us the way of life I would like my family to fallow.  The Love and compassion they have for each other and  their children show they really are pillars of the Lord. I thank God everyday for them and the great things they do for us.
   Crump Red Angus is already getting prepared for the 3rd annual bull sale on February 21st 2015.  I cant wait to see how many bulls will be in the sale.  I know it will be another great group of the stock going in seeing how well they look already at birth.  
   I am enjoying the warm weather while it last because you know if you live in Wyoming weather can change in five minutes from warm to freezing.  My kids love to go out side and play in the back yard now that we finally have one.  But any ways i just wanted to update about Crump Red Angus and the new lil Calves.

sickness!!!

  So I know it has been a lil while since i have been on.  I recently have had the RSV running around my house.  My daughter Alli was in the hospital for over night and most of the next day giving her IV fluids and oxygen.  Then Lyle ended up with a cough and runny nose.  Thank God for my Mom and Mother-n-law for all their help during this whole ordeal.  My mother-n-law took care of my two boy while my mom was in the hospital with me and Alli as my husband had work to do on the ranch.  
   I am starting to realize out here you find out who your true friends are and who cares about your happiness and achievements as much as you do.  My husband has work hard and is very deserving.  I am so glade i have him and my children. They make the sometime lonely times just vanish and the sun come out on the glummest days ever.  
  By the way my children seem to be doing better and are as crazy as ever.   Thank God for that and for all the prayers.  
   Today we are going to bring lunch to Daddy and see all the baby calves the boys have been begging for me to take them to see all the new babies and to see daddy.  They sure miss him during this time with the long hours he is doing.  He is there from sun up to past sun down they really do not get the chance to see him because they are in bed when he leaves and in bed when he get home.  So i figured i better take them to see daddy and get time in with my hubby.

Bull Sale!!!!

The 2nd Annual Crump land and Livestock sale was a great turn out despite the nasty weather there where a lot of ppl there.  Thanks to all who came or passed word on to others who need high quality red Angus bulls, cows or heifers.  I know that the Crumps would like to thank all who attended and helped with the sale.
   Now my hubby's babies get to go to new home and make more babies.  He was very pleased that the sale averaged to be the highest in history for all sales.  It was a great day and my hubby's hard work and long hours payed off.  Now he is looking forward to another group. Making it a bitter sweet ending.

My lil Loves

every day I thank God for the three angles that he blessed me with. With ever passing day they never stop  amazing me with the lil things they say and do. My oldest RJ has been a real help around the house with doing chores he got the inspiration from my husbands bosses kids. Then along comes Lyle to fallow in his brothers foot steps.  And my lil miss Alli is growing up so fast it doesn't give me time to enjoy her being a baby it seems.
  I am a home school mom and I tried at the begging of the school year to get RJ to learn but he really was not catching on so i waited and now he seems to fallow along and learn at his own pace but is still learning i am so proud of him and ever day it seems like a new adventure for him and me.
  My husband has been busy with the ranch with calving and getting ready for the bull sale. Although I do see  a lot of the work for the bull sale falling on the wonderful shoulders of Charity Crump, she seems to be wonder women caring for five wonderful children and then tackling all the paper work and calls for the ranch.  She truly is a miraculous women who I most defiantly look up too. He strive and hard work effort for the ranch and her family is a testimony to be witnessed by all and i feel privilege to get to be a witness.
  I also have been working on a quilt for my future niece. I am so excited and cant wait for her to be here.  My sister n law is a wonderful mother to her son and i know that this lil girl is lucky to get to have a mother and father like they are.  I am so happy for them both and for their son also.  Also on that note my best friend is also having a baby and I cant wait to find out what it is.  The already have two wonderful precious lil girls and i am praying that the lord blesses them with a boy but if not i know they will be just as thrilled and so will I.
  So in a few days it will be the bull sale in Buffalo Wyoming and i am praying for a wonderful turn out.  I know how much Love and hard work have gone into these bulls and I know they will be a great addition to any one who buys one they have great blood lines and birthing rates and they are all registered red Angus. So please tell all you can to come and get some really good bulls to add to their herds if you know of anyone who is look for some great bulls for breading.

So around here it has been very busy with the hubby calving.  I have been having problems with everything around here first a few months ago my truck broke down then just a few days ago my suburban broke down after leaving church.  Seems like its looking to be time for a new vehicle.  Then we have been in the negatives for our weather and my furnace was not working right and my water froze.  All i can say is thank God  for such a wonderful boss she was right on top of taking care of everything to make sure me and the kids have what we need. They truly are a blessing to have.Along with my wonderful family helping to make sure i have rides to get my chores done for our house hold.

I tried to get all of the candy off of Amazon from the Nuty Fruit house and Bayside candy.

Some of the candy though was from walmart hehe i got most of the table utensil from Celebration station here in Gillette it is a great place to go to get all your party decor great prices and wonderful friendly down home ppl.  Love them so much!!!

So today I am going to try and do my blog from a laptop that I got from my Mother that way i can maybe get my pictures on here.  I really want to put some of my family and of the calves and all that i do.  Like the quilts i do and the stuff i know i can figure it out but if anyone can tell me how please feel free to tell me.

Alli's Birthday!!!!

So today I had my lil girls first birthday.  It was bitter sweet known this was the last first birthday I will ever have. It was so much fun spending time with family and friends. After the party me and the n laws went and seen the 7 new calves.  It was a blessed day.  My sister and mother helped out with the set up and my Mother n law help with the tear down and clean up.  the table i decorated was zebra and i got most of the candy from Amazon and wal-mart. I got all of the paper stuff from Amazon and the ballons where from a wonderful small business call celebration station.  trying to post pics but having problems. grrrrrr

sorry I have not been on. We have been really busy with getting everythin ready for calving.  But today is my little girls first birthday. I am throwing her a party on Saturday and will post pic of the table i am decorating its not the first table I have done.  I did a similer one for one of my sister n laws for her gender reveal party.  I also am making a quilt that i will post as soon as its finished.

              OK so here I go my very own blog many people have told me to get one going with all of the quilting I do. I also do many other things that I also would like to blog like my crafts and my decorating ideas.  I also don't mind feed back and comments that are up lifting and positive only.
